Nestled in the heart of North Raleigh, North Bend is a community of 230 townhomes conveniently located between Falls of the Neuse Road, Spring Forest Road, and Cedar Hills City Park. Tucked within the community are two peaceful ponds that add to North Bend’s quiet, natural charm. It’s not unusual to see deer wandering through the neighborhood in the early morning or late afternoon, completely at ease in their surroundings. Our ponds are home to a group of friendly, well-socialized ducks that have become familiar faces to residents, along with turtles that can often be found basking along the banks in the warm Carolina sun.
